"I learnt TM about twenty years ago when I was embarking on the Law Society Finals course. It was a one year memory cramfest which I had no intention of doing twice, as I wanted to avoid mental exhaustion. TM did the trick. I am not the best advocate for TM since I don’t meditate for twenty minutes twice a day. Twice a month might be nearer the mark, but I have the comfort of knowing that I have TM in my anti-stress toolkit when the going gets tough."
